Cancellation
Users may delete or modify their listings anytime before a transaction occurs.
Buyers should confirm item availability and terms with the seller before proceeding with any payment.
Refunds
Global Mandee does not process refunds for transactions made directly between users.
If you’ve paid for a premium listing or featured ad, refund requests can be made within 48 hours of payment, provided the listing hasn’t gone live.
